When will my CPE certificate be issued?
After you pass the course with a 70% or greater score AND fill out the course evaluation, you will automatically be sent a certificate via email. The certificate will have all of the information you need to report your hours.
What is your CPE sponsor number?
Our Texas State Board of Public Accountancy number is 009760. For our qualifications in other states, click here. We are working toward our NASBA QAS certification.
How long do I have to complete the course?
Your password will expire eight months after purchasing the course. In order to finish the course after that time, you will need to reregister and pay the full registration fee.
Can I receive a refund on the course?
Yes—if requested within three months of the purchase of the course. The refund will be issued with a check to the address you used to register for the course. Please write to leita@yellowbook-cpe.com for a refund.
What happens if my computer breaks down in the middle of a quiz?
The iGiveTest testing software is not very forgiving of incomplete quizzes. Usually your answers are wiped out and you must begin again. We suggest that you try to take care of the entire quiz in one sitting.
How can I earn hours for free?
You can agree to test our new products. Our new products must be tested by three CPAs before we can offer them for sale. We are unable to tell the testers how many hours they will earn, as that is one of the purposes of the test—to determine the average number of hours it takes to complete the course.
